Common questions
Is this a recurring subscription?
No. You pay once for the access period you select. Automatic renewal is optional and stays switched off unless you actively tick it during registration. If you leave it unticked, no further payment is taken when your access ends.
Are answers and explanations included?
Yes. Question banks, rapid quizzes and mock papers include answers and explanations, so you can understand why an option is correct and identify the areas that need more revision.
Do all plans include the same content?
Yes. Every plan includes the complete Pass the MSRA platform — all 16 clinical specialty courses, dedicated SJT resources, revision notes, flashcards, question banks, rapid quizzes and all 20 mock papers. The only difference between plans is the length of access.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter PASSTHEMSRA10 in the discount box on the registration page to take 10% off any plan. The discount applies before payment and is limited to one use per customer.
When does access start and end?
Access starts immediately after successful payment — no waiting period or manual approval. It lasts for the exact duration of the plan you select, and the registration page shows your precise access end date before you pay.
Can I extend my access?
Your account stays in place, but access to paid revision content ends — nothing is charged automatically unless you deliberately enabled auto-renewal. You can purchase another access period at any time; use the same login so it stays attached to your existing account.
Which plan should I choose?
The 1-month plan suits focused final revision close to the exam. Three months fits a standard revision block, while 6 or 12 months give you more time at a lower monthly equivalent (12 months works out at £10/month). The content is identical on every plan.
What is the refund policy?

Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes — log in from a computer, tablet or phone. For account security, your login is for your own personal use and shouldn’t be shared with other candidates.
Who created the resources?
Everything on the platform was created and developed by a UK GMC-registered GP (CCT · MRCGP · MRCEM · MSc Med Ed) with experience of UK medical training and postgraduate examinations.
Are the mock papers timed?
Both modes are included. Timed practice rehearses real exam conditions; untimed mode lets you concentrate on learning and reviewing explanations at your own pace.
